What are the rules for sharing a referral link?

Short answer

Say next to your link that you earn from it, never promise wins or income, and do not spam. Breaking the rules can cost you your earnings and your account.

Say that you earn

Every time you share your link, say clearly, in the same post or message and next to the link, that you earn money when people subscribe through it. For example: “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Saying it only in your profile, in a hashtag that does not explain it, or somewhere a person has to click to find, is not enough.

What is not allowed

  • Sending your link to people who did not ask for it, or spreading it by automated means.
  • Saying or suggesting that a subscriber will win, profit or get any guaranteed result.
  • False or misleading statements about a Booki or about Playbooki.
  • Suggesting that Playbooki or a Booki is a betting operator, or is endorsed by one.
  • Putting your link together with an offer, bonus or sign-up link from a betting operator.
  • Pretending to be someone else.
  • Using Playbooki’s name in paid advertising without our written permission.
  • Offering people money or rewards to subscribe.

You must also follow the laws that apply to you and to your audience, including advertising rules for gambling-related and investment-related content.

If the rules are broken

We may withhold or cancel the earnings involved, ask you to change or remove a post, pause your links, and suspend or close your account. Anyone can report a post from the Booki’s page.

The full rules are in section 4.6 of the Terms of Service.
