What does it mean to tail or fade a pick?
Short answer
To tail a pick is to place the same bet as the person who posted it. To fade a pick is to bet the opposite side.
“Tailing” a capper means following their picks with your own money. “Fading” means betting against them, usually because you think they are on a cold run or the line has moved too far.
Whether you tail or fade is your own decision. A pick is one person’s opinion, never a guarantee. See Is Playbooki a gambling site?.
