Trade deadline mindset

League trade deadlines are coming up in a lot of home leagues, so here are the rules I follow.

Trade from depth, not from need. If you have four useful receivers and one running back, the extra receiver is your currency.

Make offers that help the other team too. A lopsided offer just ends the conversation.

Look at the schedule for the fantasy playoff weeks, not only this week.
