What happens if my payment fails?
Short answer
If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for a short grace period: 3 days on a monthly membership, 1 day on a weekly one, and 7 days on a 3-month, 6-month or yearly one. A daily membership ends at once. If the payment goes through in that time, nothing changes.
| Billing length | Access after a failed renewal |
|---|---|
| Daily | Ends at once, and the membership is cancelled |
| Weekly | 1 more day |
| Monthly | 3 more days |
| Every 3 months, every 6 months, yearly | 7 more days |
If the payment succeeds during the grace period, your membership carries on as before. If it does not, your access to members-only posts ends.
Getting access back
Check that your card is valid and has funds. If your access has ended, open the Booki’s page and subscribe again.
