How do I cancel a subscription?

Short answer

Open My subscriptions and choose Unsubscribe next to the Booki. You can also cancel from the Booki’s page. A paid membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  1. Open My subscriptions.
  2. Find the Booki and choose Unsubscribe.
  3. Confirm.

For a paid membership, cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. For a free membership, cancelling ends it at once.

Cancelling does not refund the current period. See Can I get a refund?.
