When do payouts arrive?
Short answer
Your share of each payment goes to your connected Stripe account when the payment is made. Stripe then pays it out to your bank on the payout schedule shown in your Stripe dashboard.
There are two steps, and Playbooki controls only the first:
- Playbooki to Stripe. Your share is transferred to your connected Stripe account when your subscriber’s payment is made. Playbooki does not hold it back.
- Stripe to your bank. Stripe pays out on its own schedule. Your first payout usually takes longer than later ones while Stripe verifies your account.
Open your Stripe account from Settings, Payout method to see your balance, your payout schedule and each payout. If a payout is late, that is where the reason is shown.
